Support time: Included remote hours reset monthly and do not roll over. Minor changes and support during agreed extended-hours windows count toward those hours. Each preventive visit is scheduled in advance and includes up to one hour on site.
Response targets: Standard support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern. A response means acknowledgment and initial remote troubleshooting. Resolution time depends on the issue.

A few good questions
Clear expectations. Better support.
We’ll walk through your equipment, needs, and coverage together before you commit.
Your agreement lists the supported gateway, managed switches, wireless access points, and network configuration at one location. Connected computers, phones, and guest devices are not individually managed under these plans. We confirm compatibility and scope during the network review.
Does monitoring mean someone is available 24/7?
Automated monitoring and alerts can run around the clock. Staffed support is provided during standard business hours, with scheduled extended-hours remote coverage on Priority Care during your agreed window. Monitoring does not include a 24/7 staffed help desk.
What happens if I need extra support?
Additional remote labor is $125/hour. Additional on-site labor is $150/hour. Emergency after-hours labor, when available and agreed, is $225/hour. We confirm billable work with you before proceeding. Priority Care remote incidents within your agreed coverage window and the plan’s incident and time limits are included.
Are computers, cameras, and AV systems included?
These plans focus on network infrastructure. Computer and printer support, AV troubleshooting, physical camera repairs, cabling, new equipment installation, major network redesigns, replacement hardware, and ISP charges are quoted or billed separately. Network connectivity for those systems can be addressed within the agreed network scope.
What are the agreement and payment terms?
The plans use a 12-month agreement with monthly payment in advance. Included remote time does not roll over. Your final agreement sets out the equipment list, coverage window, service limits, and any separately quoted setup or remediation work.
What happens after I request a plan?
Tell us about your location, network, and support needs. We’ll review your setup, confirm the right plan and any initial work, and prepare a service agreement and quote through our billing system. Sending a request does not enroll you or charge a payment.
